Yasuhiro Imagawa (Giant Robo, Shin Mazinger) created this tale of a girl who splits into seven separate girls. Sgt Frog creator Mine Yoshizaki did the character design (and some Sgt. Frog characters make cameos). While it got a US release it seems to be pretty low profile, and what few reviews there are seem lukewarm.
