That was the catchphrase of this purple protector of pandas and possums. Or so my memory tells me. Widget was an alien who came to earth in a spaceship resembling a walnut. He could shapechange, invariably into animals. Or maybe only animals, I don’t recall. According to IMDB it was a US/Philippines co-production. The two lead voices were veteran voice actors Russi Taylor as Widget and Jim Cummings as his even more annoying sidekick MegaBrain. I think I disliked this show only slightly less than Denver the Last Dinosaur.
Denver the Last Dinosaur won on the annoying stakes due to my brother mis-singing the theme incessantly as “Denver the last dinosaur, he looks pretty tall but his feet are small”.
