Tired, so this will be short.
High School! Kimengumi – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
High School! Kimengumi (ãƒã‚¤ã‚¹ã‚¯ãƒ¼ãƒ«!奇é¢çµ„, HaisukÅ«ru! Kimengumi?) is a manga series written by Motoei Shinzawa, as well as an anime TV series and movie[1][2] by the same title. The title literally translates to High School! Funny-face Club or High School! Weird Face Club.[3]
Kimengumi is an episodic chronicle of the bizarre adventures of a group of misfit junior high school (and later, high school) boys who form a club known as the “Kimengumi”. All of the character names in the series are puns. For example, “Kawa Yui” is another way of saying “kawaii,” and “Uru Chie” is a slang form of “urusai,” meaning “obnoxious” or “annoying.”
It was translated in to French.
And it has been fansubbed. Though oddly most the episodes are no longer on Animesuki. So I guess your best bet is eMule. I've seen the first couple of episodes and it's pretty good mid-80s anime comedy, but there are better and easier to see titles from this era that are higher up the chart.
