Onsen-Mark is tired of students sneaking out at lunchtime to go to Beef Bowl shops, so he mobilises the teaching staff to declare war on them. Along with some help from Mendou and some other students they attempt to prevent them from buying any food.
This provides us with a rare opportunity to see some of the other teaching staff outside of Onsen-Mark, Hanawa and The Headmaster. After some early success from the students (Hanawa is particularly useless at stopping them), the teachers manage to block out the students from all the eateries in the neighbourhood.

Which leads Megane to descend once more into his fascist personality and organise a military campaign against the teachers. This leads to a back and forth struggle through the second half, highlights of which include Onsen-Mark being arrested for being a pervert (he’s disguised as a cat), a Superman/Clark Kent parody who is the shopping district mascot, and Ten selling the students out to Sakura.
Eventually, Megane declares all out war and we end with the students and teaches charging at each other in an knock down, drag out brawl.

A fun episode, but next to Kazuo Yamazaki/Junji Nishimura, Hayakawa’s work is beginning to look poor now.
