There are 3 (THREE!) vesions of this Magical Girl series.
All of which involve a girl called Akko discovering a magic palm mirror that allows her to change into anything she wants. Which is fairly standard for this sort of thing.
That's pretty much all I can find on it via English language pages (beyond the always reliable AniPages Daily mentioning it has been issued with a DVD box set in Japan). Looks like it got a good continental Europe showing though.
