Over past few years I’ve really struggled to find new bands that I’ve really dug. Which has been kinda annoying for a guy who bought NME for 14 years. Probably a sign of getting old. Boo.
This year’s been a lot better however, and the latest thing I’ve been digging is Blitzen Trapper. Pitchfork‘s comparison with Pavement’s Wowee Zowee was enough to get me interested, and it holds up.
